Inspiration Photography

The favourite photo you’ve taken this year

Whenever I start writing this blog post it turns into an epic moaning session about how busy I am. Delete, delete, delete! This is not what I want to write about. Or read about.

magnolia and seagull The seagull was a happy accident and totally in focus!

I’m havg trouble witing about photography though – I’ve not taken any photos for the last fortnight – in fact I’ve hardly seen any photos in that time, not even Instagram ones! If, however, you’d like to know about postcodes, bubble wrap, post office queues, christmas posting dates or how long it’s possible to go without washing your hair before turning into Wurzel Gummidge, then I’m your girl! (It’s 4, by the way. 4 days of slovenliness).

wrecks I’ll never get tired of taking photos at Dungeness

cornflowers Gorgeous cornflowers –  a definite favourite this year.

So please, please, I need some visual stimulation! Some inspiration! Some treats for my eyeballs! I need some photos in my life again. Help keep me sane and leave a link in the comments below to the favourite photo you’ve taken this year, I’d reallylove to see (and I’ll share them on my Facebook page too).

I’ve just been putting together a post of my favourite photos from 2013. One of my favourites is this pumpkin one – it was taken at the end of October and the light was fantastic … http://www.agardennotebook.co.uk/2013/10/a-new-variety-of-pumpkin.html

Have a lovely Christmas. Love your magnolia & seagull image btw.

Hey Suzie – you don’t know me, but I couldn’t help taking a peek at your picture. And once I’d done that, I couldn’t help telling you I thought it was beautiful!

OK – you asked for it! My last few blog posts…

http://www.brusselsisboring.com/sulk/ – an unusually dark and sulky image for me.
http://www.brusselsisboring.com/shes-squishable/ – she does still smile though.
http://www.brusselsisboring.com/hes-three/ – three year old style bomb.
http://www.brusselsisboring.com/mouth-full-of-crisps/ – and, last but not least, not strictly speaking photography, but I’m pretty sure it could make even the coldest of hearts smile.

I have one more for you but it’s not on my blog so I’m going to have to tag you in the picture on facebook. It’s not a technically great picture, but it is a great picture anyway (even if I do say so myself). You’ll see.
