Detox. It’s like being on an old-style ‘diet’ but without the communal church-hall weigh-ins and aerobics. It’s very ‘2005’. It’s very popular too, they’ve had to restock the vending machine at work with apples (before Christmas it was just Mars bars and Kit-Kats and one solitary apple that had been there for 6 months). God, it’s not much fun though – especially at the pub, guess which drink is mine…!
