Is it wrong that I get REALLY excited when I’m in a car wash? I don’t mean sexually or anything (although I can see the possibilities), I just love the thundering pelt of the water and soap and the fact that your life is probably in the hands of robots for 3-4 minutes… total lack of control AND a squeaky clean car at the end of it. Money well spent!
Maybe I’ll suggest it as a new attraction at Alton Towers… although you need the full ‘SuperPremiumDeluxe’ wash (includes waxing and drying) to really appreciate the full on car wash experience.

19 March 2005 at 05:42I too enjoy the auto wash, in fact I found that on rainy days you can simulate the Automatic- Auto Wash cycle at home. Just as the rain really starts to pelt, grab a serving platter and a chair. Sit facing a window and hold the platter about 12 inches above your lap with both hands in the 10 / 2 position and Bamn!! Instant simulated Automatic Auto Wash.
