Pearly dewdrops drop

In the grounds at Longleat House in Wiltshire is this lovely piece of art that reminded me of the above mentioned song by the Cocteau Twins.

This was back in the days of vinyl – I remember I played it so much on my knackered old record player that one day I noticed a thin, curly slither of black vinyl backing up behind the stylus as it played through this song for the very last time!
