Turkey sandwiches anybody?

I’m in training for Christmas and have just eaten a huge roast dinner – I went a bit mad with the sprouts and there were FAR too many honey-roast parsnips but it was very, very good! All that was missing was the silly hats and the Christmas Pudding afterwards – where everyone says ‘just the tiniest bit for me please’ and ends up getting half a pound of the stuff, PLUS cream and custard. Yeurgh – feeling ill just thinking about it. Ah well – i’m sure I’ll muster the resources from somewhere to go through it all again on the 25th – and do the turkey sandwiches and trifle three hours after the main event too!
