When, oh when will my Scissor Sisters CD arrive?
CD-WOW, why do you taunt me so with your free P&P offers and promise of 5 day delivery?
It’s been two weeks now, I wait patiently by the letterbox every morning to wait for the postman, but alas, only bills and cunningly disguised letters of pre-approval for loans and credit cards.
I could have downloaded the MP3’s by now, even with my heavily contested broadband connection (Demon – I am talking about YOU you know).
And now the e-mails – ‘Just a couple more days’ they say. I wait. ‘Well, maybe just a couple more, but we promise it WILL be soon’. I’m waiting. I’m hearing ‘Laura’ on the radio about every third song, but I want to hear the rest!!!
