Staycation

I’ve been doing all sorts of lovely things on my ‘staycation’ (two weeks off work staying at my favourite place – home). It’s mainly involved exploring the lovely countryside we’re surrounded by and being generally very chilled out.

Of course. these berries found their way into some very unhealthy but very comforting baked goods!

The cow-parsley is beginning to die off, but the sleletons look just as striking as when they’re in full bloom.

We’ve visited some very sweet farm animals who can sniff out a pocket full of treats at a hundred thousand paces!

Although some turn their backs as they have much more interesting things happening in their lives right now.

“The colour didn’t look quite this red on the packet of hair-dye!”

Breakfast! Just need some toasted soldiers for dipping.

And I’ve been experimenting too.

I found your blog through your etsy site. Lovely photos. They make me miss my hometown. There were a lot of farms there.
