Thank the lordy lord I am better(ish) at last! And thank you for all your kind messages, they really helped me stop feeling (so) sorry for myself 
It’s just in the nick of time too as I am off to the country for a few days – makes me feel a bit gentrified; like how rich people go to resorts to recuperate, (but this was actually booked this up ages ago).
We’re staying in deepest, darkest Somerset – lots of rural loveliness, old ruins, stately homes and Victorian seaside. My luggage consists mainly of cameras, which is fine by me!
