Boat show

I finally got round to selling some of my beloved camera kit (only the stuff that wasn’t compatible with my full-frame Canon 5D – I’m not crazy) I should have done it weeks ago but it always takes a while for me to stop feeling emotionally attached to inanimate things like this before I sell them. I’m so stupid.

Any how, this has meant I can now complete my lens collection with a Canon EF 70-300mm lens – in other words a big zoomy lens that lets me get right up into things.

Very conveniently there was Southampton Boat Show for me to practice on. And I didn’t even need to pay to get in with my super new lens, I could spy on it from a distance and zoom in on the action!

    Not crazy at all!!
My beloved Nikon “died” last week. It was not a good week. That camera went everywhere with me. Now have a new one, but it’s going to take a bit of time for us to “bond!”
    These photo are great!
