A freebie 2014 calendar template for your photos

calendar in CD jewel caseUPDATE: the 2015 template is now available!

Here’s something to do on those rapidly approaching cool autumn evenings – fire up Photoshop (any version will do, including Elements) and create a calendar with all those lovely photos you’ve taken over the last year (it’s the ideal shape for Instagram photos).

It’s designed to fit neatly into one of those CD jewel case calendars, although it will work just as well held together with a binder clip. Each page is 118.5mm x 137mm.

2014 free calendar template

  1. Simply open the template in Photoshop.
  2. Place your chosen photo just above the background layer.
  3. By default the background behind the dates on the calender is solid white, but if you choose you can change the opacity to let some of the photo show through.
  4. Select the correct date layer, print out, cut out and you’re done!

Hi Angie – this is so nice of you!!! Thank you. I was able to download only the Jan. 2014 template by clicking on the “Download 2014 Calendar Template”….wasn’t there supposed to be an entire year? Or did I miss it?

Thanks much – have a great weekend

Hi Colleen – each month is contained on a separate layer – if you go to ‘windows’ and ‘layers palette’ you will see all the months which you can then switch on and off :)

Maybe you have a different layer switched on – I’ve had a look and the 1st Jan is shown as a Wednesday which is correct.

Thanks for this, should have made one last year but never got round to it, started earlier this year. I would like to make a cover sheet though, any chance of the font name so I can sort one out? Appreciate it :)

    Hello,

thank you for the beautiful and helpful free calendar template. It would be possible to give me an editable version at numbers? I mean I must translate (the days and names of the mounts) in other language and the layer is locked. Thank you!

Thanks so much for these, they really are perfect! Being a printer I’ve been given the task of making calendars of our nieces, but you’ve saved me so much time! Here’s one of the pages https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=690135584359626&l=5e748e5e87

Greetings from Namibia, any chance of getting your 2014 jewel case calendar with white text instead of black? I shoot and use very dark images and would like to avoid using the white strip at the bottom, I do like your template though! thanks for posting it!

Are you doing a 2015 template at all?

    Thank you so much, Natasha
