I’m writing this sat just a few metres away from the Greenwich Meridian! (Reason: I’ve managed to ‘blag’ another training course in London – I should be a negotiator for the UN)!
Even though Greenwich is right in London, it feels very ‘villagey’ at the same time. The hotel is an old seaman’s hospital (which made me snicker – do semen GET ill?) and the room looks out on to an old graveyard – spooky!
I’m off to abuse my free coffee priviledges to the max (it’s damn good espresso too). I may not sleep, but hey, this is London man! Groovy!
