Did I ever show you my tea cozy? That’s not a euphanism by the way, I really did make one. I had the book Bend-the-rules Sewing by Amy Karol for Christmas (which I love) and I used the instructions in there, and now my tea is always piping hot. Hooray!

13 February 2008 at 07:44Oh wow that is SO cool!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a modern and fun looking tea cosy!! My boyfriend bought my mum a new ceramic teapot for Christmas ‘cos she was always complaining our old teapot leaked. But now she’s complaining that the tea gets colder quicker in the ceramic one than the old metal one so I was thinking of getting her a tea cosy… after seeing yours I might have just been inspired to make her one instead that fits in perfectly with her own style.
