Summer lovin’

There’s no better way to end the working week than to be whisked off to the seaside when the sun is shining.

When summer is blazing at its fullest I really can’t do the beach in the daytime, so an evening with my toes in the sand is just perfect.

Here are those lovely flowers again; a bit of a different angle. I just love the colours and the light…

Traipsing back to the car it was still light and lovely – somebody was dawdling because he wanted to stay there forever…

It’s light till nearly 10pm at the moment so we took the scenic route home, and Oh. My. God. Just look at who we saw!

Ponies wander freely through the New Forest, even tiny baby ones. CUTE OVERLOAD! And just look at mama’s hairdo…

At last though, the sun went down, and it was time to go home…

Ah, those summer nights.
