I’ve been feeling a bit trapped lately – not in a negative way, but I feel like I am tied to either my home / office / familiar places and am rarely get to escape for more than a couple of hours at a time. What I am doing when I am holed up is good and productive and enjoyable but I am feeling very much like I’m on the inside looking out on everyone’s fun on the outside.

Having an out-of-date passport is a bit of a hindrance too – when that’s sorted out I will at least have the potential of getting away for a while (volcanoes permitting). More paperwork!

20 April 2010 at 12:58I feel ‘trapped’ sometimes too…making jewelry in the studio, editing pictures, blogging…and sometimes feel disconnected, like I am missing out on something…but it is good to be productive! Oh…a passport…that means you are going to go somewhere fun! Where will you go? And I love the pictures….the 2nd one is my favorite…I love the brown colors!
